I’ve successfully led the deployment, configuration and technical support for an integral food safety solution created and installed at IKEA Spain which included online mobile checklist as well as automatic IoT temperature sensors.

LANGUAGES – I speak Spanish natively and am bilingual in English. I can also understand basic Portuguese and Italian.
WORK EXPERIENCE – I’ve worked as a commercial representative, project manager, consultant, technical trainer, programmer and computer technician.
PEOPLE SKILLS – Besides my strong technical background, I’m also very good at communicating, leading and organizing work teams. I’ve spent several years delivering technical trainings to professionals around the world and I’ve successfully design and manage projects involving both pre-sales and consultant services as well as post-sale services and tech support.
ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS – I’m very familiar with all processes related to managing invoices, delivery notes, inventory handling and forecasting systems (ERP and CRMS). I’m an expert user in office software and I know how to keep things organized, up-to-date and compliant with rules and standards.
